What arrives in the monthly report?
Every care plan includes a monthly report written in plain English — not a dashboard export. Essentials covers your performance scores, certificate and security-header status, and a log of what we changed. Pro adds where you rank locally for the searches that matter and what moved. Full Stack adds ad results: what was spent, what it produced, and what we changed. Visibility into your own site is a feature of the plan, not a favor.
One-time website build — $1,500–$4,500
A fixed-quote design or rebuild project, scoped to your business. Every build requires an active care plan (Essentials or above) — and that’s a feature, not fine print. It means we never build and abandon: the people who built your site are the same people monitoring it, patching it, and answering the phone about it. A website with no one on watch is the most expensive kind of cheap.

Why do website builds require a care plan?
Because a site that nobody maintains starts decaying the day it launches — certificates lapse, plugins and dependencies age, content goes stale, rankings slip. We don't sell builds standalone because we don't want to hand you a liability. Every build is paired with at least the Essentials plan so the thing we built stays fast, secure, and current.
What determines where a build lands in the $1,500–$4,500 range?
Scope: number of pages, whether we're migrating existing content, custom functionality (booking, quoting, forms), photography and copy needs, and how much brand work is involved. You get a fixed quote before we start — the range is not a meter that runs.
What does the Full Stack range ($499–$799/mo) depend on?
Mostly ad-management workload and content cadence — how many campaigns we're running and how much content you want produced each month. We set the number with you up front and it stays put unless the scope changes.
What if I need more than my plan covers?
We scope it and quote it as a small fixed-price project — the same way we quote builds. No surprise hourly billing, no plan upsell pressure. If a bigger plan genuinely fits better, we'll say so and show the math.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes. Plans are month to month. If you leave, you keep your site, your domain, and your accounts — we don't hold anything hostage.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. It's a passive, opt-in review of your public website that you request for your own domain. You get the scored report either way — it's how we'd rather earn the work than a sales pitch.
